Can I try Lahjty before paying?
Yes. New accounts receive 15 credits once: enough for 3 ad images, or one ad with its caption and voiceover.
What does every ad include?
Every ad starts from your real product photo, so the ad shows the product you actually sell. Its text is written in your customers' dialect, in Arabic or English, and the same credits make the caption and voiceover to post with it.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. A pack is a single payment: 50 credits (10 ad images) for $5, 200 credits (40 ad images) for $15, or 500 credits (100 ad images) for $35. Pack credits stay until you use them while your account is active, and your ads carry no watermark.
What happens if an ad comes out wrong?
Lahjty checks every new ad image before saving it. If its text or your product comes out wrong, it draws the image again, and if it is still wrong, the image is not saved and the credits come back to your balance automatically.
Do dashboard and API requests use separate balances?
No. Eligible API plans use the same balance as the Lahjty dashboard. Solo does not include API access.
How often do subscription credits refresh?
Solo and Business credits refresh every month, including subscriptions paid annually. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Is there a plan for agencies or bigger stores?
Yes. The Custom plan starts at 2,000 credits a month, with the price, brand profile and product limits set with you, Partner API access and priority support. Talk to us from the pricing page.
