Terms of Service (English)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of لهجتي - Lahjty including our website, free tools, authenticated workspace, AI generation features, article-writer tools, feedback forms, and paid credit-based features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.

2. What the Service Includes

The Service currently includes, among other things:

• Public free tools and landing pages related to Arabic marketing, SEO, brand messaging, and dialect utilities.
• Authenticated AI features for Arabic text generation, headline generation, dialect conversion, and image-prompt workflows.
• AI-generated images and AI-generated audio for marketing use cases.
• An article writer with brand profiles, uploaded/pasted/scraped resources, article outlines, section generation, and SEO metadata generation.
• Credit-based billing, coupons, promotions, snippet history, favorites, settings, and account deletion features.

We may add, remove, pause, or change features at any time, including experimental or beta features.

3. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

• Paid usage in the authenticated workspace is credit-based. Credits may be purchased, granted via promotions, or added by support or admin actions.
• Checkout and billing are handled through Dodo Payments and, as applicable, its payment partners. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable Dodo checkout, billing, and payment terms.
• Current in-product examples may show indicative credit costs such as text generation, audio generation, image generation, or article-outline generation. These costs, packages, and credit rules may change over time and the product UI is the most current source of truth.
• Paid plans may be offered as subscriptions with monthly credit allocations. Unless a specific checkout or plan page states otherwise, unused plan credits do not roll over, overage is not enabled, and new plan credits are issued on each billing cycle.
• Coupons, promotions, and manual credit grants may have additional restrictions and can be revoked or refused in cases of abuse, fraud, error, or chargeback risk.
• We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible subscription or credit purchases, subject to applicable law, abuse prevention, and the payment provider's rules. Contact almilhemshadi@gmail.com with your order details for refund requests.

4. Your Content and Permissions

You retain rights in the content, prompts, files, and other materials you submit to the Service ("User Content"), subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display User Content as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and provide the Service to you. This includes processing prompts and related data through our AI, storage, hosting, analytics, email, and payment providers.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit any text, URLs, files, images, PDFs, social profile details, brand materials, and other content you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law or violate third-party rights.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or abusive material.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade secret, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Upload or process content that you do not have the right to use, scrape, reproduce, or transform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, disrupt, or bypass rate limits, security, billing, or access controls.
• Use bots or automation to harvest content or abuse free tools in a way that harms the Service or other users.
• Upload malware, harmful code, deceptive files, or anything that threatens platform or user security.

6. AI-Specific Disclaimers

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sending, advertising, relying on, or commercializing them.
• We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, factual accuracy, legal compliance, platform approval, advertising performance, search rankings, or business outcomes.
• The Service is not legal, medical, financial, regulatory, tax, or professional advice.

7. Files, URLs, and Third-Party Materials

If you upload PDFs, screenshots, media, or other files, or ask us to process website URLs, pasted text, or external resources, you confirm that you have the right to submit and process those materials.

We may extract text, store resulting content, create embeddings, and keep related metadata so that features such as the article writer and semantic search can function.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, excluding User Content and rights you retain in your own submitted materials, is owned by Shadi Al Milhem or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature support, or backward compatibility for all outputs, plans, or tools.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account through the settings area where available.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the billing system, or misused the Service.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shadi Al Milhem and related parties from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we may provide notice by updating this page or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
