This Privacy Policy explains how لهجتي - Lahjty collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our public website, free tools, authenticated workspace, article writer, image and audio generation features, feedback forms, and paid credit-based features (collectively, the "Service").
We do not sell your personal information. We use the information described here to operate Lahjty, deliver requested features, manage billing and credits, secure the Service, communicate with you, and improve the product.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and authentication data: your name, email address, profile image, Google sign-in data, session metadata, and account records used to authenticate and secure your account.
- Billing and credit data: Dodo customer IDs, credit balances, coupon and redemption records, billing webhook records, order references, and related support or anti-fraud metadata. We do not store your full card number.
- Workspace and generation data: prompts, product descriptions, dialect and platform selections, tone, keywords, target-audience data, generated text, generated headlines, dialect conversions, snippet history, favorites, tags, generated images, generated audio, and article-writer outputs.
- Brand and article-writer data: brand voices, brand profiles, business descriptions, websites, social links, pasted text, scraped URL content, extracted PDF text, embeddings, article outlines, article sections, and SEO metadata.
- Uploaded files and media: feedback images, generated media, and some stored files such as PDFs that may be kept with cloud storage providers.
- Support and feedback data: your messages, issue reports, suggestions, screenshots, email address, and related support details.
- Usage, device, and analytics data: IP address, browser and device information, user agent, pages visited, timestamps, approximate product activity, cookies, analytics events, and security logs.
2. How We Use Information
- Create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts.
- Deliver free tools, AI generations, article-writer features, and other requested outputs.
- Save your workspace history, favorites, resources, and billing records.
- Process purchases, credits, coupons, refunds, support requests, and account operations.
- Send operational messages such as support replies and security notices.
- Monitor abuse, enforce limits, detect fraud, secure the Service, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Analyze performance, improve reliability, and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
3. AI Processing and Automation
Lahjty uses third-party AI and automation providers to process prompts and generate content such as Arabic copy, images, audio, article outlines, article sections, and SEO metadata. Depending on the feature, your prompts, settings, and related content may be processed by providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and OpenRouter in order to deliver the requested result.
We may also create embeddings from brand-resource content so the article writer can retrieve relevant context. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing or relying on them.
4. When We Share Information
We share information only when needed to run the Service, complete your request, comply with law, or protect rights and security.
- Authentication providers: Better Auth and Google OAuth for sign-in and session management.
- Payments and billing: Dodo Payments and its payment partners to manage checkout, credits, refunds, and related billing events.
- AI and infrastructure providers: OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, hosting providers, and database or cloud infrastructure providers where needed to deliver the Service.
- Storage and media providers: Cloudinary for feedback uploads, generated media, and some stored files.
- Analytics providers: Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand usage and improve performance.
- Legal or business events: where required by law, to protect rights, investigate abuse, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
5. International Transfers
Because Lahjty uses global service providers, your information may be processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction. These transfers happen only as needed to operate the Service, complete your requests, or provide infrastructure, support, storage, AI processing, and analytics.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to run the Service, maintain billing and security records, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
- Account, workspace, and generation records are retained while your account remains active, unless you delete them sooner.
- Billing, anti-fraud, security, and operational records may be kept longer when reasonably required.
- Some feedback, support, or legal records may remain after account deletion if they are not technically tied to the deleted account or if retention is necessary for legitimate operational reasons.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online system can be made perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your Rights and Choices
